During our recent family holiday at this remarkable establishment, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service from the staff, particularly Roberta at reception, who ensured our baby was comfortably settled with a cot. The attentiveness of Gilberta, who sourced nappies for us, and the delightful waitstaff, Alba and Andrea, made dining experiences during breakfast and dinner truly enjoyable, with their focus on our baby's comfort being paramount. The hotel's stunning location, perched on a hill with breathtaking views overlooking the valley, created a picturesque backdrop for our stay, and the terrace provided a perfect spot to unwind with a refreshing drink. the room's condition was impeccable, featuring modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and a well-stocked mini-bar, which added to our comfort. While we appreciated the lovely pool area, its maintenance could have been slightly improved; however, this minor issue did not detract from our overall experience. Having returned for a second visit, this hotel continues to exceed my high expectations, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the charm of a quaint walled village.
